Q. Why should I complete the Just-Rewards Registration online survey?
A. Just-Rewards Registration online survey is a permission based marketing service brought to you by Experian Ltd. As a registered member,
you get to tell us about yourself, your hobbies, activities & interests. Once registered you may receive selected messages on products, services
& offers from reputable companies based on the information you provide, via email, phone, short text message or mail. In addition to these offers,
you can also participate in the Just-Rewards.com Prize Draw for a chance to win £500.

Q. Will my personal information be passed on to third parties?
A. By completing the survey your information may be passed to the survey sponsor, where appropriate so that they can provide you with
valuable offers. (See Privacy Statement and Terms & Conditions).
Q. Will I be contacted by e-mail?
A. You may receive communication via e-mail from Experian Limited or its partners, however when communicating with you in this way the
names we may use to send you the e-mail may be either, Just-Rewards, Experian Just-Rewards, Experian.
Q. Is my data secure?
A. Absolutely, we take this very seriously and all your data is stored on our secure servers. Because we operate throughout the world in
providing our goods and services, this may involve us transferring your personal information to countries whose data protection laws do not provide the
same level of protection as those in the UK. If we do so, we will ensure that an agreement is in place in which anyone to whom we pass the information
agrees to treat it with the same level of protection as if we were dealing with it. Your rights are covered by the 1998 Data Protection Act.
Q. How can I stop further communication?
A. If any time in the future you no longer wish to receive further communication from Experian Limited or any of its partners, simply follow
the very straightforward instructions contained within each communication you receive

A. If you would like to feedback any information about the survey please forward to

just-rewards@uk.experian.com. These addresses cannot be used to unsubscribe, instead use the information
given in the communication that you receive.
Q. What is Spam?
A. Spam is the Internet equivalent of junk mail; it is indiscriminate and does not offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe.
With www.Just-Rewards.com every e-mail we send you will give you the opportunity to
unsubscribe.
Q. Are there any hidden charges?
A. None whatsoever. Our partners pay the cost of providing you with relevant information and offers.
Q. What is a completed survey?
A. A completed survey is one where all the required questions have been answered and where the consumer has completed all the necessary questions on
the first page of the site. It is in answering the questions on the first page that the Responder is deemed to have "completed" the Survey. (NB The Responder will
be notified that the survey has been completed on the first page of the survey via email).
Q. If you have completed the survey through a Points Reward Company how will my reward points/shares be redeemed?
A. If you have been directed to this survey by a loyalty reward scheme e.g. Mutual Points, ipoints, Mutual.net etc. The points/shares offered for completing
the survey will be allocated to your account within 28 days of the survey having been completed. Any queries relating to points rewards should be directed to you loyalty
provider. Only one reward per person
