Information collected on this site

Once you have accepted to complete a survey your information will be transferred at the end of the first page (i.e. when you click on the "Enter" button) to Experian Limited. On clicking the 'enter' button at the end of page one (1) you will have "completed" the survey.

Information provided by you will be processed and stored on secure servers located in the US. Experian Limited will ensure that an agreement is in place in which anyone to whom we pass the information agrees to treat it with the same level of protection as if we were dealing with it. Your rights are covered by the 1998 Data Protection Act.

Experian Limited ("Experian") may use other reputable partners to provide its services in connection with the survey. However this will not affect your statutory rights under the Data Protection Act.

Use of your responses

Experian Limited will process your responses collected via www.Just-Rewards.com for the purposes of:

Providing you with the services that you have registered for or shown interest in with the question sponsors.
Dealing with your requests and enquiries.
Carrying out customer analysis, marketing research and market intelligence reports.

Providing you with information about products and services offered by the Survey Sponsors, Experian Limited or Experian Limited subsidiaries or its partners.

Provide the appropriate reward for completing the survey and entering you for the prize draw(s). Experian Limited will also make the information and contact details provided available to the Survey Sponsors who may wish to contact you by post, telephone, e-mail or short text message about any of the topics referred to in the survey. A list of the Survey Sponsors is given below. You can contact the Sponsors(s) at any time if you change your mind about being contacted by them.

In addition to the Sponsors, Experian Limited and its associated brands (Canvasse e-mail, Canvasse Opinion, Experian Just-Rewards or Just-Rewards), and other responsible companies and organisations including charities, political parties and suppliers we engage with, may use the information to contact you or your partner by post, telephone, e-mail or short text message about these topics.

Amending your details

Please note that Experian Limited will act in accordance with the Data Protection Act and remove your details as promptly as possible though you could receive other communication for a short period of time whilst this is being done.
