Terms and Conditions
Prize Draw - The prize draw will be run within 20 days of the last day July 2010. One (1) entry per survey completed per month will be awarded. One (1)
winner will be selected in a random prize draw from among all eligible entries received through all Creative Presentations within each month. Alternate
potential winners will be selected at random at the same time as the potential winner and may be contacted (in order of selection) if a potential winner
fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth herein in a timely manner or if a potential winner cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of
the draw.
ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY EXPERIAN GROUP LTD WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION. AN
ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE MONTHLY PRIZE DRAW SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND
ENTRANT'S HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
Verification of Potential Winners: Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements. The potential Prize Draw winner will be notified by email after the date of the random draw. The potential Prize Draw winner must verify
their Full Name, Postal Address and Date of Birth. Persons involved in conducting the survey and/or the promotion and execution of the draw, employees
and their relatives are not eligible for entry. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted within thirty (30) days of the draw, the potential
winner forfeits his/her prize. In the event that a potential winner of the Prize Draw is disqualified for any reason, Experian Group Ltd will award the
applicable prize to an alternate winner by random draw from all eligible entries. There will be three (3) attempts to award the prize to an alternate winner
after which the prize will remain unawarded.
The prize for which an entrant is eligible in all cases is a holiday to Dubai for two (2) people - dates to be confirmed by Experian. If the winner cannot
make the holiday dates selected by Experian they must forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to another entrant.

Only one (1) entry per person or e-mail address is permitted per sponsored survey client on-line offer regardless of method of entry unless otherwise noted by
Sponsor. Duplicated entries do not qualify.
Experian Group Ltd reserves the right to feature the names, photographs and locations of prize winners on the Previous Winners page within the Just-Rewards.co.uk
home page. There is no obligation to make a purchase to be entered into the Monthly Prize Draw. The winners will be selected at random by our computer. Promoter:
